FRIDGE® Friction Grip Bridge
It only takes three days of intensive training to add this $50K per case procedure to your practice!

Upcoming course dates:
Friday, December 1st – Sunday, December 3rd, 2023
Compared to the existing, fixed, screw-retained processes, this implant supported option can be completed in one session following implant integration by restorative dentist or as an immediate option at time of placement by the surgeon.
Dentists are walked through every step necessary to successfully incorporate this technique in their practices while ensuring an absolutely passive fit of the prosthesis over the implants. Dentists are given acrylic models containing denture using original stock parts ($300 value) to a fixed implant supported bridge. Participants will get to take the acrylic models with the prosthesis they make to their offices to use for case presentation.

EVALUATION OF IMPLANT-ASSISTED
MANDIBULAR OVERDENTURE WITH NEW METAL
TO METAL INTERFACE ATTACHMENT SYSTEM
(IN VITRO STUDY)
INTRODUCTION: A well-constructed two-implant-assisted mandibular overdenture can be a successful treatment option for completely
edentulous patients as it helps improving the oral function and patient satisfaction through elimination of the fear of dislodgment during speech
or mastication. Various attachment systems can be used for retaining mandibular overdentures such as bar, ball and socket, OT equator and
locators. A new attachment system with metal to metal interface named TiTach has evolved. During mastication, loads are transferred to alveolar
bone surrounding the implants

RETENTION OF MANDIBULAR IMPLANT-RETIANED OVERDENTURES WITH TWO DIFFERENT ATTACHMENT DESIGNS: AN IN VITRO STUDY
STATEMENT OF PROBLEM: Retentive force and loss of retention should be considered when selecting an attachment. Studies that evaluate the retentive force and the effect of repeated cycles of insertion and removal on the TITACH attachment with a metal-to-metal interface are needed.
PURPOSE: The purpose of this in vitro study was to measure the retention of mandibular implant-retained overdentures with 2 different attachment designs before and after 1000 insertion and removal cycles.
