Any practicing dentist can become a member of the Academy by paying $395 annual fee.

Pre-doctoral and post-doctoral dental students can become members at no charge. New graduates can become members for $50 a year for the first 5 years.

Members receive a wall certificate indicating their active membership in GAOI. They can also display MEMBER GAOI logo on their website.

The Fellowship, Mastership, and Diplomate status in GAOI are NOT for sale. They must be earned according to the criteria outlined in the categories on the left. No additional membership fees (over the basic fees) are charged for consideration and continued membership at these levels.
